HELP! I need to know what the artificial water resin is called that is used to make floral arrangements?

The water looks real but is faux. Can you buy this in stores? What is it called. I can%26#039;t find this information anywhere!

HELP! I need to know what the artificial water resin is called that is used to make floral arrangements?
It%26#039;s called a %26quot;floral setting resin%26quot; ---it%26#039;s a %26quot;soft%26quot; version of a 2-part epoxy resin (which cures very hard).

You can buy various brands of it at a craft store (in the floral dept.), or online, or perhaps in hobby or art supply stores too.

I have a bunch of info about these kinds of resins on the %26quot;Resins%26quot; page at my website if you want to find exact brand names, as well as info on how to use this kind of resin, etc.:

(... click on the category called SOFTER SURFACE EPOXY RESINS in the list at the top of the page...)

Reply:The product is called Everlasting Elegance. Instructions are in the kit.
Reply:It%26#039;s a liquid acrylic, comes in a kit, you mix it and pour it into your vase. Once the acrylic has hardened, it%26#039;s permanent and you can%26#039;t reuse the vase. I have not personally used it, but I know people who have and it%26#039;s pretty easy. It may be called Water Illusion or Illusion Water. Ask at your craft store, and here%26#039;s a link for you:

Reply:Both previous answers are correct, I have used it for putting into vases and it is extremly easy. Just mix the two products provided together and let it dry.

I tried using it for a flat panel to put on the back of a bead purse but it is extremly heavy when dried and it really nevery gets rid of it%26#039;s sticky to the touch feeling. It will also keep fingerprints if touched after it is dried.

You can buy it at any large craft store like Michaels or Hobby Lobby.
