Does your cat wage a war against floral arrangements? Biting? Tipping vases over?

Accidentally on purpose of course.

Does your cat wage a war against floral arrangements? Biting? Tipping vases over?
I have a cat named Sputnik who is 21 years old. She%26#039;s still feisty! As a kitten she was a tiny terrorist in fur. Her favorite games were: grab the toilet paper in your teeth and run through the house, wrapping everything in TP as you go. Her second favorite game: doing the same thing with the paper toweling. No piece of mail, canceled check, or daily newspaper was safe from shredding. My first question upon arrival home was %26quot;What did Sputnik wreck today?%26quot; She was a mini Tazmanian devil without depth perception, managing to knock everything over.

We finally learned to kitty-proof the house. Anything not nailed down was fair game. It was good practive before we had kids.

She also liked to bite. When she bit me, I just quit playing with her. And since she loved to play, she eventually quit biting.

She%26#039;s the greatest cat that%26#039;s ever lived--and she still has spunk to spare! Be prepared for twenty more years of bliss....
Reply:Used to like to chew on plant leaves (can be dangerous) because he knew he wasn%26#039;t supposed to, eat tinsel from tree, been known to bite a Christmas light cord, (not all the way through), tear the bows off of presents, help out with the cooking a whole lot, help with gift wrapping and on and on. Boo was his name and danger was his game. Boo liked Christmas.
Reply:Of course LOL. I had one who LOVED flowers. He would smell them for a long time, then eat them.
Reply:No. My persian cat is almost an angel.

The only problem is that she likes to sleep in my pillow.
Reply:most of the time their just playing but sometimes if you hurt them they might get angry. Some cats rub on vases including my own cat because their happy but if you chase a cat and they rub against it on their way past they could knock it over. Bye!
Reply:lol if it can be distroyed my cats will do it
Reply:My cat considers plants and flower arrangements to be half playground and half salad bar.
Reply:YES!! All cats will do this at some point whether you see it or not. They are curious, and the ones that dont do this are just lazy or old. But you do need to be careful though cause some plants are poisinous to cats!! that or they will make them very sick. That is the reason that there is rarely any flowers in my house.
Reply:Oh yeah.

My grown kids know not to send me flowers. They have seen flowers with anything that looks like lilies on top of an overturned bucket in the small cold foyer the cats can%26#039;t get to. Well, what were they thinking? The pollen of lilies is poison.

Send me some cat grass. LOL
Reply:Mine doesn%26#039;t do it the least bit accidentally. :-P
